From classic buffalo to dry rubs, smoked wings to Asian-inspired sauces, every plate gets the same attention to detail — crisp, flavor, meat quality, sauce balance, execution. WTFU!
While wings are the core focus, consider this an insane Portland food guide. Covering everything from dumplings and sandwiches to underrated local gems worth seeking out. Still, no matter what else is on the menu, it always comes back to wings and sweet, sweet fried chicken.
By the way — this isn't sponsored content or paid placements. I'm not an "influencer." I'm just a dude who likes eating chicken and happens to make shameless videos on the internet. Real reviews, real meals, honest takes from someone putting in the reps across the city. I like chicken. I like supporting small businesses. I like screaming into a camera.
I started this during Wing Week 2025 with my brother. It was a joke. Now it's a full-blown thing with 130+ spots reviewed and counting.
Hard no. Every review is paid out of pocket, ordered anonymously, judged by the same criteria every time: crisp, flavor, meat quality, sauce balance, execution. No comped meals, no PR pitches, no paid rankings. The list is earned.
If you heard murmurs about a hot sauce, it's true. I've eaten around 150 different sauces and I'm naturally now confident that I know what makes a good one. I have no idea when or if I will make one. But it could be fun!
Yes, and I actually read them. Drop it in the contact form below. Tell me the spot, the style, and why we'd be idiots not to go. The most-recommended spots move up the queue.
Portland is the focus — there are still hundreds of spots to hit. But road trips aren't off the table. We've already done Las Vegas. Seattle, you're on the radar.
We're selective. Rankings aren't for sale. But if you want to work on an event, a wing special, a collab drop, or a sauce partnership — reach out. The right fit gets a real response.
